How do I connect my Gmail account?
During onboarding, you'll be prompted to connect your Gmail. Simply click the "Connect Gmail" button and authorize Tina to access your inbox. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
Will Tina send emails without my approval?
By default, Tina creates drafts for you to review before sending. You can enable auto-send mode in your AI settings if you want Tina to send responses automatically.
What types of emails can Tina handle?
Tina can handle customer inquiries about your services, pricing questions, appointment requests, follow-ups, and general business questions. Complex or sensitive emails are flagged for your personal attention.
How does Tina know about my business?
During setup, you'll add your services, pricing, FAQs, and business hours. Tina uses this information to generate accurate, personalized responses to your customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Is my email data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption and connect to Gmail using secure OAuth 2.0. We never store your Gmail password, and all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
