Getting Started
Tina gives you a dedicated business email and phone number. Customers contact you there, and Tina replies (or drafts replies) based on your business info.

- - Verify your phone and choose your business email + preferred area code
- - Complete payment to provision your business email + phone number
- - Share your Tina email + phone number with customers
Business Email (@usetina.com)
Your customers email your Tina business address (example: yourbusiness@usetina.com). You can pick it during onboarding, and you’ll be able to change it later (as long as it’s available).

Tina organizes conversations so you can focus on what matters. Messages that need you are flagged so you can take over quickly.
AI Responses (Draft vs Auto-Send)
Start in Draft Mode to review what Tina writes, then switch to Auto-Send once you’re comfortable.

Tina is a dedicated business inbox—no Gmail password needed. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to your account.

Quick answers to questions you may have
Do I need to connect Gmail or set up forwarding?
No. Tina is your primary business inbox. Customers email your Tina business email address and you manage everything in the Tina dashboard—no Gmail OAuth or forwarding required.
Will Tina send emails without my approval?
By default, Tina creates drafts for you to review before sending. You can enable auto-send mode in your AI settings if you want Tina to send responses automatically.
What types of emails can Tina handle?
Tina can handle customer inquiries about your services, pricing questions, appointment requests, follow-ups, and general business questions. Complex or sensitive emails are flagged for your personal attention.
How does Tina know about my business?
During setup, you'll add your services, pricing, FAQs, and business hours. Tina uses this information to generate accurate, personalized responses to your customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Is my inbox data secure?
Yes. Tina does not require your Gmail password. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to your account.
