Get Your Business Email + Phone

Tina becomes your primary business inbox. During onboarding you’ll pick your @usetina.com business email and your preferred phone number area code.

Choose your business email (e.g., joes-coffee@usetina.com)

Enter an area code for your dedicated business phone number

Complete payment to provision your business email and phone number

Share your Tina email + phone with customers (this is what they’ll contact)

Pro Tip: Pick a simple email customers can remember (like your business name), and choose an area code that matches where you work.

Add Your Business Info

Tell Tina about your business so she can provide accurate responses to your customers.

Business Details: Name, description, and location

Services: List what you offer and pricing (if applicable)

FAQs: Common questions customers ask and your answers

Business Hours: When you're available for work

Pro Tip: The more information you provide, the better Tina can respond to your customers. You can always add or update this later in your dashboard.

Configure AI Settings

Choose how you want Tina to handle your customer emails.

Draft Mode (Recommended for new users)

Tina creates draft responses for you to review and approve before sending. Perfect if you want to maintain full control.

Auto-Send Mode

Tina automatically sends responses to customer emails based on your business information. Great for hands-off email management.

Pro Tip: Start with Draft Mode to see how Tina responds, then switch to Auto-Send when you're comfortable.
